Following graduation, Ms. Einarson was employed by Fleming, DuBois & Trenbeath in Cavalier, North Dakota as an associate. She became a partner in that firm in 1996. In that same year she founded Einarson & Gaustad, PLLP in Grafton, North Dakota. The firm became Einarson Law Office, PC in 2001.

For the past thirteen years Einarson has handled a variety of cases but has focused primarily on the area of divorce, custody, and paternity. She is licensed in Minnesota and North Dakota and is a member of each state’s Family Law Section. She has served on various committees of the State Bar Association and is a past president of the Family Law Section of the State Bar Association of North Dakota. Einarson is a frequent presenter regarding family court issues. She also serves as the city prosecutor for the City of Grafton and is a certified family court mediator.

Einarson is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar Association of North Dakota, the Minnesota State Bar Association and is a former member of the North Dakota Trial Lawyers Association. She is a past recipient of the “Champion of Justice” award given by Legal Assistance of North Dakota.
